Weekly Travel Theme: Height

For this week’s “height” challenge sponsored by Where’s My Backpack?, I’m submitting another of the newly-found “lost” photos from my late 1990s New York City trip.  Although the skyline and the streetscape may have changed, the height of the Empire State Building has stayed the same.  This photo was taken from the top of the building on a very foggy day.

Thanks for giving my post a link! Somehow with the Empire State Building remaining the same is a comforting feeling to all the changes that have taken place around it.

    1. You’re welcome. When I found these photos, I realized I also had one with the World Trade Center in it, as seen from the Empire State Building. Sad….

    1. Thank you. I took several photos from the top of the Empire State Building that day, but only a couple were good.
