Sharing this week’s song of peace for our world:

Gentle Mother, Font of Mercy, also known as Sansa’s Hymn,  is from the fantasy drama television series Game of Thrones.  Although the series is now in its 6th season, I must admit I have never seen it because it comes on a television channel we do not get. (I absolutely must watch past seasons and episodes, as they now are available online.)  I first heard this song elsewhere and found it to be a beautiful and poignant call for peace.

Music is the universal language of mankind.

My faith calls me to work for peace and justice and to accept and love all people.  In a world that seems to be so full of hatred, I must do all I can to pursue justice and peace in my own little corner of the globe.
