One Step at a Time: A Walmart Sunset #2

Walmart sunset 2

One may walk over the highest mountain one step at a time.  (John Wanamaker)

(I had stopped by our local Walmart on the way home from the hospital to pick up a few things for my husband.  He was at that moment in a hospital bed suffering from a major stroke, and I was exhausted and fearful.  Coming out into the Walmart parking lot, I witnessed a magnificent sunset that began to change right before my eyes.  This is the second of four photos I took that evening of a sunset that reminded me always to look up and have hope…)

    1. Thank you, Ahava! I really appreciate all of your support through all of this! (I love that you call me Dr., but I must be honest. I never did complete my Ph.D., so I don’t deserve that accolade. I very nearly finished, but life got in the way. At the Academy only Dr. Fitch and Dr. Kerley and of course, Dean Booth, deserved that title.)

Hey, you and the rest of the teachers at Brenau shaped me in to the crazy chick I am today. I am proud to say so and yes, if anyone deserves to be known as “Doc” it’s you. 👍🏻
