“I couldn’t sleep at all last night…”

A number one single for seven consecutive weeks in 1961, “Tossin’ and Turning'” was written by Ritchie Adams and Malou Rene and recorded by Bobby Lewis.  Lewis (who turned 85 last February) had other hits, but “Tossin’ and Turnin'” remains his signature song.
