“A single crocus blossom ought to be enough to convince our heart that springtime, no matter how predictable, is somehow a gift, gratuitous, gratis, a grace.”
At our Maryland home my wife planted crocuses all over the front lawn. If winter wasn’t cold, I’d have to hustle to mow the lawn near the end of December, because you can’t do it once the crocuses started coming up.
Crocus! So beautiful! 💙

We just have a few crocuses in the front and a few in the back. I bet it was lovely having them all over the lawn!

Here in Georgia winter seems to go and then comes back and then leaves again and comes back. We have crazy weather!
