Trillium flowers face downward, so my photos this year are largely of the underside of the blooms. Last year, in trying to position one for a better photo, I damaged it. I didn’t want a repeat performance this Spring. The state of Georgia where I live has more trillium species than anywhere else in the U.S., and nine of them are considered to be of special concern.
JUST AWESOME– ALL OF YOUR PHOTOS ARE AWESOME!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING!!!

Thank you so much! I can’t really go anywhere to take photos, so I just photograph whatever is on our property or nearby.
