I like the idea of “hunt for joy” being a daily challenge. And your 2nd cup of coffee on the porch seems an excellent way to position one’s self to find joy. Thanks for both ideas..

Thank you so much! I am the caregiver for my husband who has suffered from 3 strokes and is now an invalid. I don’t get out much and must find joy in the quiet, ordinary things of life.
