Wildflowers in a mountain meadow (???)

Not really. Just the white violets in my front lawn before it was mowed today, the first mowing of the season.

“When the time is ripe for certain things, these things appear in different places in the manner of violets coming to light in the early spring.” (Farkas Bolyai)

I have difficult mowing due to number of native flowers I have….I would use the word lawn but that would be an exaggeration 😀

    1. LOL It’s an exaggeration in my case, too. Once upon a time, lawn grass grew there. Now it’s reverted back to moss, weeds, and wildflowers.
