
Goldfinches rarely appear on my property in North Georgia. However, a flock of migrating Goldfinches stayed for several days at my cousin’s vacation home in Western North Carolina where I was visiting earlier this month. I photographed them through a window…











Ah, lovely. I think the Northeastern seaboard was their next stop — we have had few until now, but lately, many! I’m glad you captured them, and so beautifully!

How lovely to see them in their summer plumage! We get them here in the winter but only in their more muted tones.
