North Georgia is home to several different orb-weaving spiders, but I don’t ever remember seeing webs woven this tightly. I captured these orbs last week in the early morning sun.
“When a spider makes a beautiful web, the beauty comes out of the spider’s nature. It’s instinctive beauty. How much of the beauty of our own lives is about the beauty of being alive?” – (Joseph Campbell)
Beautifully crafted, Deb! The webs and your images!

Thank you. As soon as I saw the webs that day I ran back into the house and grabbed my camera.

Thanks so much. They disappeared after I got these images, but today they were back again.
